BENEFIT FUN DANCE FOR MEGAN LITTLE
Hundreds of cloggers come to show their support
AAC, Morehead State University
Megan is a member of Drema's Hint'n It Hard Stompers, a local clogging team.
She is the 9-year-old daughter of Martha Little and granddaughter of Kelly and Laverne Wagoner of Morehead.
Recently, Megan was diagnosed with leukemia. On Sunday, August 26, 2007, a benefit was held to raise money for Megan's treatment. "All That", finalists from America's Got Talent, were the special guests and gave Megan a special peformance. Jeff Driggs from West Virginia and Steve Smith from Kentucky were the hosts for the evening. Hundreds of cloggers from all over the area attended. There were dancers in attendance from Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Tennesse and South Carolina.
All proceeds from the event will go to help pay for medical expenses. If you were unable to attend but would still like to donate money you can call 606-776-4588 or 606-784-7847 or 606-784-6426. Email to: Hintn_it_hard_stompers@yahoo.com
Special thanks to ALL THAT!, Jeff Driggs, Steve Smith, KY Center for Traditional Music, and Morehead State University for their generosity.
Good luck Megan for a speedy recovery!
