Smoky Mountain Encore draws thousands

Gatlinburg, TN -- Lynne Ogle presented her annual Smoky Mountain Encore clogging workshop March 9-11, 2006. With an experienced staff, the workshop drew over 1000 cloggers from all over the east and midwest. Below is a letter from Lynne on the workshop.
Hello to everyone:
I want to say thank you to everyone who came to 2006 Smoky Mountain Encore. It was apparent that everyone was having fun and enjoying each other, and the instructors. Hats off to everyone who made the weekend such a success.
I would like especially thank all the directors who brought their teams to Encore. I hope you had fun and I would like to congratulate Kitty Honeycutt for bringing a total of 108 dancers to the workshop this weekend and keeping up with all of them. She won the weekend stay in Gatlinburg for next year - two years in a row.
This year was so special for me. I was totally overwhelmed with all the support from our instructors. We had such an awesome staff. I am very proud that all have agreed to come back next year.
I hope everyone of you is planning on returning next year for a even a bigger and better year, if that is even possible.
