Whiplash! appears on "Showtime at the Apollo"

-- Whiplash got the opportunity to compete on the world-famous television show “Showtime at the Apollo” in Harlem, New York.
They will have three shows airing February 5, 12, and 26th. After the legendary Apollo Theater introduced its world-famous amateur night, it launched the careers of legendary artists like Ella Fitzgerald, James Brown, Michael Jackson, and Lauryn Hill.
Whiplash won the amateur night competition when they went on tour and got the chance to spend a week in NYC competing and performing with amazing entertainers from all over the U.S.
The shows will be airing on NBC on Saturday nights. Check your local listings for times (in Nebraska it’s on at midnight).
